Return Policy

At Sustainable Printery, we're committed to ensuring you're delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we've put together a return policy that offers peace of mind while also aligning with our third-party printer's guidelines.

Contact Us First

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we kindly ask you to contact us first at info @ before returning any items. This allows us to understand your concerns and find the best possible solution for you.

Damaged or Lost Items

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Please reach out to our customer service team with details of the issue and we'll initiate a return or replacement for you.

Buyer's Remorse and Size Exchanges

For all customers, excluding those residing in Brazil, we don't typically provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or offer size exchanges. However, we value your satisfaction and encourage you to get in touch with us if you're unhappy with your purchase. We'll do our best to find a suitable solution for you. If we do decide to accept a return or offer a size exchange, please note that you would need to place a new order at your expense.

Brazilian Customers

For customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 consecutive days after receiving your item. You will be asked to provide a picture of the item. We will then evaluate your request. Please note that if the product appears to be used or damaged (even partially), we may not be able to provide a refund.
